This Clarification Text is written with the aim of enlightening the data owners about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used by the data controller ``Company`` within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). taken.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data: Collected personal data, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, legal, technical and commercial- It is processed within the scope of ensuring occupational safety and ensuring the security of the locations belonging to the ''Company''.
2. Parties to which Personal Data may be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer: Collected personal data, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the Law, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons who have a business relationship with the ``Company`` and In order to ensure the security of the locations belonging to the 'Company', it can be shared with the business partnerships of the Institution and legally authorized institutions and organizations, within the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection: Personal data is collected through closed circuit camera systems located at locations. Personal Data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in the 1st and 2nd articles of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 5th and 6th articles of the Law No. 6698.
4. Rights of Data Owners and the Use of These Rights: In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners; - Learning whether personal data is being processed - Requesting information if personal data has been processed, - Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose - Knowing the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred, - In case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data - Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons that require processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, Requesting the notification of the third parties to whom the data is transferred, - Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, - If the personal data is processed unlawfully, He has the right to demand that the damage be remedied in case he suffers any damage with his child. Such rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 days if they are communicated to the ``Company`` by the personal data owners. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, the ``Company`` reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
